Overview

Forlena provides generous AI capabilities as part of your subscription. Our Fair Use Policy ensures all customers enjoy fast, reliable service while protecting against abuse. The vast majority of users will never encounter any limits.

This policy applies to all AI-powered features including Deal Analysis, Email Drafts, Ask Forlena, Pipeline Insights, and any future AI capabilities.

What's Included

Your Forlena subscription includes unlimited access to all AI features for normal business use:

  • AI Deal Analysis with IMPACT scoring
  • AI-powered email draft generation
  • Ask Forlena natural language assistant
  • Pipeline insights and analytics
  • CSV import with AI column mapping
  • All future AI features included in your plan

Fair Use Guidelines

"Fair use" means using Forlena's AI features as intended: to help you and your team sell more effectively. Here's what that looks like:

Normal Use (No Limits)

  • • Running AI analysis on your deals throughout the day
  • • Generating email drafts for customer communications
  • • Asking questions and running analytics queries
  • • Importing and mapping CSV files
  • • Using AI features across your entire sales team

Not Covered by Fair Use

  • • Automated scripts or bots making bulk AI requests
  • • Reselling or redistributing AI-generated content
  • • Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer our AI models
  • • Usage patterns that degrade service for other customers
  • • Circumventing any technical measures we implement

How We Handle High Usage

If your usage significantly exceeds typical patterns, here's what happens:

Friendly Notification

We'll let you know you're using AI heavily. No action needed—just awareness.

Temporary Slowdown

If usage continues at extreme levels, requests may be queued briefly to ensure service quality.

Personal Outreach

For sustained high usage, we'll reach out to understand your needs and find a solution together.

We will never suspend a legitimate business account without contacting you first. If you're a heavy user because you have a large team or lots of deals, that's exactly what Forlena is built for.

Technical Measures

To protect service quality and prevent abuse, we implement reasonable rate limits:

  • Per-minute limits to prevent accidental loops or scripts
  • Per-hour limits for sustained heavy usage periods
  • Daily limits that reset at midnight UTC

These limits are set high enough that normal business use will never trigger them. If you do hit a limit, you'll see a brief delay—not an error—and service continues normally.

Enterprise & High-Volume Needs

If your organization has needs that exceed our standard fair use guidelines, we're happy to discuss enterprise arrangements with higher limits and dedicated support.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Fair Use Policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Forlena after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
